Leadership also requires the ability to manage. We are very successful in managing teams of professionals and working closely with municipalities and the public sector to ensure that projects meet the needs of all constituents. This is also true when working with our private sector clients for build-to-suit projects and/or joint ventures. Leadership also requires an in-depth knowledge of financial markets and the ability to access capital. We have numerous relationships with local, regional and national sources to assist with the financing of projects.

Development by definition is risky and uncertain. The risks and uncertainty can be mitigated by developing and implementing a well-designed plan and a disciplined approach to each project.
