Our roots trace back to the early 1970's when Terry O'Connor
founded O'Connor Construction in Boulder, CO. Over the past
three decades, we have grown into what is now known as The
O'Connor Group. A group of companies solely focused on real
estate development and services, O'Connor Development, LLC
has developed over four million square feet of commercial
and residential space in Boulder County and the surrounding
areas. We are a leader in Colorado and are proud to be among
a select group of companies who have been instrumental in
shaping the commercial and residential landscape of the
Front Range over the past 30 years. In 2002, we expanded our
business to include projects throughout the Front Range and
along the I-70 corridor. It is our practice to develop and
hold properties for the mid-to-long term.
