group is responsible for
managing the day-to-day
operations of all
portfolio properties.

marketing and leasing

management reporting and
reconciliations, public
relations, and the
supervision of all third
party vendors. In 2003,
our Property Management
group rolled out the
Land Port Systems
Management Software for
all of our commercial
properties. This service
provides our tenants and
vendors with an
interactive,
internet-based Incident
Management System that
facilitates
collaboration for all
servicing and
maintenance issues
related to our
properties.
